Understanding Activity Requirements

Preventing Offer Abuse

All promotional offers are subject to the standard PlayinExchange user terms. Any attempt to exploit an offer through fraud or by getting around its conditions will lead to the credit being cancelled, and may result in your account being closed.

How to Claim the PlayinExchange Welcome Credit

3. Open your inbox, find the claim message and select Claim.
4. Your 2% welcome credit, up to ₹10,000, will then be added to your account.

Free Vouchers and Promotional Passes

Free Vouchers are a great feature for every active PlayinExchange user. You can use them for set balance amounts across many titles, including interactive boards, classic options and digital features, with a chance to unlock top event rewards.

You can earn Free Vouchers through different promotional campaigns. Each campaign has its own requirements, such as adding funds or completing specific activity.

Withdrawing Promotional Winnings

Once a promotional credit has converted into a redeemable balance, you can withdraw it like any other balance, subject to the standard withdrawal rules:
